Dr. Fleming is dean and professor of accounting of the Cal Poly Orfalea College of Business. Previously, Dr. Fleming served as dean of the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis and the William E. Cole director of the Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy at the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University.

He currently serves as the secretary and treasurer for Cal Poly Corporation Board of Directors. He previously served as board member for Junior Achievement Memphis and The Campanile Foundation.

Christine Gray serves as lead academic advisor and peer advising program coordinator in the Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly, where she also teaches OCOB’s first-year student success course. She leads a team of academic advisors and supervises undergraduate peer advisors, supporting initiatives that enhance student engagement, academic achievement, and retention. Christine collaborates across campus to improve the student experience through advising, orientation programs, leadership development, and strategic planning.
