Michael is a lecturer in Business Law at the Orfalea College of Business. He advises Hollyood’s largest movie and television studios in all aspects of entertainment technology IP and commercial transactions and converged physical/digital entertainment experiences, creating, defending, and maximizing the value of some of the most iconic brands and franchises in the world.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Japanese, Michael has worked in multiple countries and managed teams across many geographical regions. Michael learned to speak English in grade school by watching Bugs Bunny cartoons, produced by his current employer Warner Bros. Studios. Forty-five years later, he now handles all intellectual property issues in connection with Bugs Bunny in his capacity as business and legal affairs executive.
