Bingyi Wu is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at the Orfalea College of Business. She received her Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2024.

Her recent research interests focus on the economic and social impacts of blockchain-based platforms, livestreaming platforms, and generative AI platforms. Her teaching interests include information system and database practices for business, programming languages, and cyber security.
