This year’s Open House begins Friday, April 11! Here’s the schedule for Open House events in the Orfalea College of Business. And don’t forget — this is also Poly Gives weekend! Please see how you can support student success at the college.

Friday, April 11

12:30–1:30 P.M. | PERFORMING ARTS CENTER (PAC)
Orfalea College of Business Main Welcome
Hear from the Dean and current students about what makes
the Orfalea College of Business a special place to earn your
degree.

1:30–3:30 P.M. | BUSINESS BLDG 03
Orfalea College Fair
Connect with Faculty from each major and concentration
area, including club opportunities in OCOB, and various
student services within the college. Located in the Business
Breezeway.

Business College Tours
Tours start every thirty minutes. Meet at O’Neill Green in front
of the Business Building.

Multicultural Business Program
Stop by the MBP Center to learn more about this program,
which supports traditionally underserved, underrepresented
students through mentorship, professionalism, and connection
to community. Located in Building 03, Room 308.

Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE)
The Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hatchery is a
student incubator that offers student entrepreneurs mentorship
and other resources necessary for a startup to succeed
faster. Located in Bldg 02, Room 206.

1:45 & 2:15 P.M. | BUSINESS BLDG 03, ROOM 213
Student Experience Panels
Panel of students from various majors and concentrations
sharing their experience, with an opportunity to get your
questions answered! Note: this session will run twice.

2 P.M. | BUSINESS BUILDING 03, ROOM 111
Industrial Technology & Packaging Lab Tour
Meet Industrial Technology & Packaging (ITP) Faculty and
tour the ITP labs, including: Packaging Design, Packaging Dynamics,
Sustainable Materials, Materials Testing, 3D Modeling
and Computing, 3D Printing, Robotics and Automation, Process
Improvement, and Advanced Industrial Technology.

Saturday, April 12

10–11 A.M. & 1–2 P.M. | BUSINESS BLDG 03, BREEZEWAY
College Tours with OCOB Ambassadors
This tour is led by the Orfalea College of Business student Ambassadors
and will cover OCOB specific information and walk
through the business building where classes are held.
