Ashish Hingle is an assistant professor of information systems at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. His research explores AI literacy, technology ethics, and learning with emerging technologies, with a focus on how people develop the knowledge and skills needed to critically engage with AI.
His work spans business, computing, and engineering education, online communities, and human-centered approaches to technology, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
He is passionate about creating practical educational experiences that prepare students to navigate the technical and societal impacts of artificial intelligence.
