The 360° Business Experience
Cal Poly’s MBA program develops business leaders who thrive in both technical and people-centered environments. Hands-On Field Trips

Cutting-Edge Elective Courses
Beyond the dynamic core of the MBA curriculum, students choose electives from a variety of specialized topics in areas such as Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Negotiation, and Marketing that will extend the possibilities of what you can do with an MBA.
MBA Student Association
The MBA Student Association offers leadership opportunities through its board, which organizes guest speakers, professional development events, and trips. The board also works closely with the MBA program director to support student priorities and enhance the overall student experience.

Build Business Mastery, or Explore Business Disciplines
Core courses in economics, finance, accounting, marketing, strategy, organizational behavior, and operations management form the backbone of the program. Electives in areas like people analytics, negotiations, data management, and entrepreneurship allow students to explore and deepen specific interests.
