Christine Gray

Christine Gray serves as Lead Academic Advisor and Peer Advising Program Coordinator in the Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly, where she also teaches OCOB’s first-year student success course. She leads a team of academic advisors and supervises undergraduate peer advisors, supporting initiatives that enhance student engagement, academic achievement, and retention. Christine collaborates across campus to improve the student experience through advising, orientation programs, leadership development, and strategic planning.

Before joining Cal Poly, Christine worked in academic consulting and NCAA Division I and Division III athletics. Her diverse professional background includes coaching, teaching, program management, and student development, all centered on helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.

Christine holds a Master of Education in Teaching and Curriculum from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Brown University.
