Gianni Rasgado is a lecturer and operations professional with experience in logistics, process improvement, and supply chain management. He currently serves as a planning manager at Scientific Drilling, where he leads the planning department for a diverse manufacturing and repair operation.

Prior to this role, he worked in warehousing and operations, where he helped launch a large-scale warehouse transition including the implementation of a new end-to-end digital system to support inventory control, workflow execution, and operational reporting, as well as establishing core processes for a high-volume distribution environment.

He also served in the United States Air Force as a Logistics Manager, where he directed deployment and movement operations involving personnel, cargo, and mission-critical equipment across multiple commands. His responsibilities included coordinating large-scale deployment exercises, managing readiness reporting, and ensuring the timely movement of hundreds of personnel and thousands of tons of cargo in high-tempo operational environments.
