I am a financial economist studying how corporate debt influences firm behavior, asset prices, and market dynamics, with a focus on over-the-counter (OTC) markets. My work combines theoretical modeling with empirical insights to examine how firms manage leverage, maturity, and liquidity, and how these decisions affect systemic risk and market efficiency.

My work has been published in the Review of Asset Pricing Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Corporate Finance Studies, and Management Science.
