Wes Love

Wes Love is an organizational development practitioner, educator, author, and consultant whose work focuses on leadership, organizational behavior, workplace culture, and practical organizational change. He brings experience in higher education, leadership development, process improvement, team effectiveness, and organizational transformation.

As an instructor, Wes is committed to helping students connect course concepts to real workplace experiences. His teaching emphasizes practical application, critical thinking, self-awareness, and the human side of organizations. In addition to teaching, Wes is the co-founder of CultureStoke, where he partners with leaders and teams to strengthen trust, communication, role clarity, accountability, and culture.

Some of Wes’s interests include Muay Thai, working out, writing, playing music and cooking.
